Getting there and parking

The fairgrounds are on Normandy Boulevard (State Road 228) by the First Coast Expressway (State Road 23). From the fair’s directions page:

  • From Interstate 10, either direction: take Exit 350 for the First Coast Expressway (State Road 23) south, take the Normandy Boulevard exit and turn right (west) on Normandy Boulevard to 13601 Normandy Blvd.
  • From Interstate 295: merge onto I-10 west toward Lake City, then follow the route above.
  • Another way in: the fair’s directions also send drivers south on State Road 23 to the POW/MIA exit (Exit 44), then right on Fairfield Way.

Parking: the fair has not published a parking price or lot map yet; its premium parking section says “more info coming soon.” Follow the event signs and traffic staff on the day. We will add the parking details when the fair posts them. This is a new site on a busy road, so allow extra time on opening night and the weekends. Check road construction and closures and getting around Jacksonville before you go.

Rules at the gate

From the fair’s FAQ:

  • Security: walk-through metal detectors at every gate; bags, purses and coolers are searched.
  • Not allowed: weapons, fireworks, drones, bikes, skateboards, hoverboards and outside alcohol.
  • Pets: none, except service animals. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
  • Strollers and wagons: allowed on the grounds, but they must be folded during amphitheater shows. Scooters and wheelchairs can be rented on site.
  • Rain: no rain checks or refunds. Tickets are refunded only if an event is canceled entirely.

What this means for you

  • Buy online by Nov. 4 to pay $10 instead of $15 for an adult.
  • Seniors go free on Nov. 6 and 13, and military on Nov. 11.
  • A concert ticket gets you into the fair that day, so there is no need to buy both.
  • Parking details are still to come; leave early for the new Westside site.
